Pricing and Accomodations
The farmhouse was built in 1850 and has flexible accomodations with 6 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 1/2 baths. There is a double living-room and the new kitchen-dining ell seats 24 for formal dining and party seating for 50-70 depending on patio and porch. For bedding we are geared toward 16 adults with the two sofa beds pulled out
The farm can be rented on a weekly or take reservations for shorter stays. Please call.
We have day rates for meetings and retreats. ( Randolph Center's Vermont Technical College will host the NOFA Conference this weekend. Rooms are still available. ) Please call. We also give discounts for stays of more than two weeks. Tell us about your needs and we will give you a price that is likely to be a third to a half of the cost per person at an inn or B&B.
A down payment of 50% will hold the reservation with the balance before arivial.
Payment can be made by personal check, credit card, PAYPAL, or by wire to our local bank.The farm offers privacy, a fabulous kitchen, and 200 acres of elbow room.
All buildings are smoke-free.
